The main wall was first consolidated so that stone and brick would not separate. The old courtyard outbuilding was then demolished and its roof removed, and the street wall opened up: the property now has its own pedestrian access from the street, alongside the main entrance.

June 2026 Completed
Completion signed at the end of June 2026. Surveys, diagnostics and plans have been carried out: the building is sound and the structure in excellent condition. The roof structure and covering, however, will be replaced in full. Here is the property as we found it, before any work.
July – August 2026 Completed
Full strip-out: finishes, partitions and ceilings removed back to the structure. The Burgundy stone walls and the roof frame are now fully exposed; the latter will be taken down and replaced. This is the stage where a building really reveals itself — and where you decide what to keep: here, the finest walls will be left as exposed stone.
